Shipping Policy

 

Order processing: orders are processed within 24-48 hours (business days).

 

Shipping times (United States): 5-9 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

 

Shipping costs: free US shipping on orders over $50. Below that, the shipping cost is shown at checkout.

 

Order tracking: track your order anytime with the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, contact us at furnest.help@gmail.com.

 

Lost or damaged packages: if your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the order date and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
